Shipping Cost & Time

  1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
    • Processing time: 1-4 Business Days
    • Processing time: Depend the Country of the destination. For estimated shipping time, please refer to the Shipping Details Countries List.
  2. The shipping cost is depend on your destination country. We got offer for FREE shipping cost for total order amount match of US$50.00 per trip for the selected FREE Shipping Country Zones.  For full details of FREE Shipping Country Zones , please refer to the Countries List For Shipping Details.

Common Cause For Delay Of Shipping

  1. INCORRECT ADDRESS – Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 
  2. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE – Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
  3. COVID-19 PANDEMIC – Due to unprecedented demand and limited production capacity though, turnaround times will be slower than normal. Some orders can see delays of up to 12-15 business days depend of the destination country. Our production facilities continue to operate at full capacity. While safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, we are committed to meeting the recent unprecedented demand for our valued customers. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
