Refund & Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one but the request can be fulfilled if the reasons are as listed:

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 business days not including 1-4 business day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

For personalized products (e.g. wallet, necklace, keychain & etc …), these items cannot be modified once you finished payment.

YOU CANNOT ASK FOR A REFUND IF:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed “delivered” in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

If you want to return or exchange the goods, you must first contact us by sending a message on Contact Us page to obtain the return address. Do not return the goods to the address on the website (some goods may be allocated at different warehouse / factory).
